8月10日（周日）上午，全球退出中共服务中心在纽约法拉盛举行集会，庆祝全球退出中共党、团、队（简称“三:退.”）的人数突破了4.5亿人暨“打倒中共恶魔”连署达500万。全球.退:党!服务中心顾问，应对中共当前危机委员会委员林晓旭博士与会并作了演讲。林晓旭演讲全文如下：
亲爱的朋友们：
今天，我们聚在一起，不只是表达一份支持，更是要与正在觉醒的中国人民同行。多年以前，外界总以为中国人无声、只能忍受专制。但今天，这样的刻板印象已经被无数中国人
的勇气和觉醒所击碎。
你看过江油市那个令人揪心的校园霸凌事件吗？数千市民冒着风险，为公义走上街头。他们面对警棍与电击器，但依然坚定——这是中国人追求尊严和公平的真实写照！
还有那一场场“白纸运动”，一张白纸举在夜色中的上海、北京，象征着无声的呐喊，也点亮了自由的希望。
这些不是孤例，而是中国人用巧妙、宁静甚至幽默的方式表达真实心声的潮流！
中共的数字监控和审查，好像无孔不入，但它的脆弱远超你想象。一张白纸，足以让整个
体制心惊。而中国人的不满，疑问和反思，早已在心中发芽。请记住：再强的铁幕，也挡
不住希望的微光！
几十年来，国际社会总是在猜测：中国到底有没有反对力量？很多人以为，只有海外密谋
或特工活动才能带来变局——其实，真正的改变都在中国内部。每一次自发抗议，每一条
网络讽刺，甚至“躺平”现象，都是中国人在用自己的方式向专制说“不”。
而我们在海外，有责任把这些声音带出来，让世界认识到：抵抗不是外部输入，而是亿万
中国人内心的觉醒和勇气。
“退出中共”不仅仅是一句口号——它意味着个人从恐惧和洗脑中觉醒，打碎几十年灌输
的虚假幻想。这个运动正在瓦解中共的思想堡垒，让中国人第一次可以自由思考未来的可
能。越来越多的人选择不恐惧、不沉默、不混乱，而是用理性和勇气拥抱中国的新篇章。
这是走向有序、走向尊重、走向希望的伟大转折。每一个退出中共的人，都是在为中国描
绘没有专制的新蓝图。
在美国、在世界各地的华人朋友们，是时候行动起来。我们要让自由世界看到，那些真正
改变中国命运的人是街头的普通工人，是母亲，是大学生，是网络上的匿名创作者。他们
或许没有头衔，却在平凡中坚守尊严。让世界的声音不再只关注贸易战和制裁，而是关注
活生生的中国人——他们的权利、他们的梦想、他们的抗争。
我希望有一天，这样的集会能够在华盛顿国家广场举行，成千上万的海外华人高举标语横
幅，向全世界宣告，无数中国人在各类政治运动、甚至在如“一胎化政策”这类残酷措施
下，遭受了怎样的迫害和死亡。作为华裔移民，我们有责任让自由世界更加全面、深刻地
了解，中共带来了多少暴行，给中国人民带来了多大的苦难。
我们还要看到，在美国生活的华人社区，肩负着独特、重大的责任。中共不仅在中国进行
高压统治，也不断试图把手伸向海外，渗透美国社会、华人社团、甚至大学、企业和媒体
。只有美国社会更大力度地支持华人勇敢“三:退.”——退出中共党、团、队组织，公开撇清与中共的关系，才能真正切断中共在美国的影响力和渗透。
每一次勇敢的“三:退.”行动，都是对抗中共统战、情报和红色宣传的重要防线，也帮助整个美国更清楚地分辨“华人”和“中共政权”的区别。只有这样，美中关系才不是“中共说了算”，而是美国华人真正发出了自己的声音，捍卫了自己和后代不受共产主义意识形态侵蚀。让更多华人积极参与“三:退.”，公开声明自己与专制政权划清界限，就是守护美国自由、民主和安全的最佳方式之一！
让我们用心和行动团结起来。不要高估独裁，不要低估中国人的改变意志。支持他们退出
中共，支持他们发声与抗争，为中国真正属于人民的未来助力。中国的命运不属于任何政
权，它属于所有所有渴望自由和尊严的中国人。

On the morning of August 10th (Sunday), the Global Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party (GCC) held a rally in Flushing, New York, celebrating the 450 million people who have withdrawn from the Communist Party of China (CCP), the Communist Youth League, and the Young Pioneers (referred to as “Three Quits”) worldwide, and the 5 million signatures for the “Down with the Evil CCP” petition. Dr. Lin Xiaoxu, an advisor to the GCC and a member of the Committee for Responding to the CCP’s Current Crisis, attended the rally and delivered a speech. Dear friends,
Today, as we gather here, we do so not merely to express support, but to walk alongside the
Chinese people who are awakening. For many years, outsiders assumed that Chinese people were voiceless, resigned to endure authoritarian rule. But now, this stereotype has been shattered by the courage and awakening of countless Chinese.
Have you seen the heartbreaking bullying incident at a school in Jiangyou? Thousands of citizens took to the streets for justice, risking their safety. They faced police batons and electric prods, but remained steadfast—this is a true reflection of the Chinese people’s pursuit of dignity and fairness! And then there is the series of “Blank Paper” protests—a sheet of blank paper held in the night in Shanghai, Beijing, symbolizing silent cries and lighting the hope for freedom. These are not isolated incidents, but a growing wave of Chinese people expressing their true feelings through subtle, peaceful, even humorous means!
The CCP’s digital surveillance and censorship seem to be everywhere, but their fragility is
beyond what you might imagine. Just a blank sheet of paper is enough to terrify the entire
regime. Discontent, doubt, and reflection have already taken root in the hearts of the people. Remember: however strong the iron curtain, it cannot block out the faint light of hope!
For decades, the international community has wondered: Is there any opposition in China? Many believed that change could only come from secret operations abroad—but in fact, real change is happening within China. Every spontaneous protest, every satirical meme online, even the “lying flat” phenomenon, are ways the Chinese people are saying “No” to authoritarianism in their own way. And for those of us overseas, we have a responsibility to bring these voices to light, to show the world that resistance is not imported from outside—rather, it is the awakening and courage of hundreds of millions of Chinese people.
“Quitting the CCP” is more than just a slogan—it means individuals are awakening from fear
and brainwashing, breaking free from decades of false indoctrination. This movement is
dismantling the ideological fortress of the CCP, allowing Chinese people to think freely about the future for the first time. More and more are choosing not to be afraid, not to be silent, not to fall into chaos, but to embrace a new chapter for China with reason and courage. This is a great turning point toward order, respect, and hope. Each person who quits the CCP is helping to draw a blueprint for a new China without tyranny.
Here in America, and in other countries around the world, it is time for the Chinese community to act. We need to show the free world that those who are truly changing China’s destiny are ordinary workers on the street, mothers, students, anonymous creators online. They may have no titles, but they hold fast to dignity in everyday life. The world’s attention should no longer focus only on trade wars and sanctions, but on living, breathing Chinese people—their rights, their dreams, and their struggles.
I hope that one day, such rallies will be held on Washington’s National Mall, with thousands of overseas Chinese raising banners, declaring to the world the persecution and deaths suffered by so many in political movements, and under cruel policies such as the “one-child policy.” As Chinese immigrants, we have a duty to help the free world understand—comprehensively and deeply—how much violence and suffering the CCP has brought to the Chinese people.
We must recognize that Chinese communities living in America bear a unique and immense
responsibility. The CCP not only wields high-pressure rule in China, but constantly tries to
extend its hand overseas, infiltrating American society, Chinese organizations, even universities,businesses, and media outlets. Only if American society gives greater support to Chinese people taking the courageous step of “Three Withdrawals”—quitting the CCP Party, Youth League, and Young Pioneers, publicly breaking ties with the CCP—can the influence and infiltration of the CCP in America be truly severed. Every courageous “Three Withdrawal” is a key defense against CCP’s united front, espionage, and propaganda, and it helps all Americans to clearly distinguish between “Chinese people” and the “CCP regime.” Only then will US-China relations be defined not by the CCP, but by the real voices of Chinese Americans, defending themselves and their descendants against the incursion of communist ideology. Encouraging more Chinese to take part in “Three Withdrawals” and publicly declare their separation from authoritarian rule is the best way to safeguard America’s freedom, democracy, and security!
Let us unite our hearts and actions. Do not overestimate dictatorship; do not underestimate the Chinese people’s will to change. Support their right to quit the CCP, support their voices and resistance, and help build a future of China that truly belongs to her people. China’s destiny does not belong to any political regime—it belongs to all Chinese who yearn for freedom and dignity.
